PINA COLADA

Ingredients

• 3 cups Pineapple chopped and frozen
• 1 1/2 cups Coconut cream
• seeds of 1 vanilla beans
• 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted if solid
• pinch pink salt

serves: 2

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
