The following Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, enrollments, and participation in Alchemy Academy programs, workshops, and courses.. By registering or making any payment through our website alchemyacademy.world, you agree to these conditions.
For in-person programs held in Bali, participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, visa (if applicable), accommodation, and travel insurance. These costs are not included in the course fee unless specifically stated in the course description.
Please ensure that all travel documents are valid before the course start date.
Alchemy Academy reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or course content within the published program dates if necessary.
Any changes will be communicated via email or Phone message. Adjustments to timing or structure do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.
All content provided by Alchemy Academy—including but not limited to recipes, educational materials, manuals, presentations, videos, and digital resources—remains the intellectual property of Alchemy Academy. These materials are provided solely for personal educational use by enrolled participants. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials for commercial or teaching purposes without written permission is prohibited
Short Courses, Workshops, and Day Classes
All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
Long Courses, Culinary Certification Courses
More than 60 days before the start of the course: 100% refund minus a 10% handling fee, 30-60 days before the start of the course: 50% refund, minus a 10% handling fee. Less than 30 days before the start of the course: no refund. Full Payment for the Certification Program needs to be made before the course starts.
Travel & External Costs
Alchemy Academy is not responsible for travel-related costs, including but not limited to flights, visas, transfers, or accommodation expenses lost due to cancellations, illness, or removal from the program. All such expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
