CHIA began as a healthy real food endurance sports drink, based on the foods of the greatest long distance runners; the Tarahumara Indians. We soon realised everyone can benefit from CHIA.

Bring the water with rosella flowers, reishi and zest to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and add 2 cups cold water, chia seeds, honey and citrus juice. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Add ice and flower garnish just before serving.
