DESCRIPTION
Caraway seed, also known as wild cumin, should not be confused with cumin seed. The taste is sweet, nutty, aromatic and bitter with notes licorice, cumin, dill and anise. It is great to use for sauces, soups, salads, spreads, nut cheese, sauerkraut, baking and drinks.
It is used a lot in Eastern European, Germany and North African cuisine.
