Say goodbye to dairy butter and never look back, here comes the most melt in your mouth delicious and high vibe vegan butter. Spread it on your bread, melt it on your pancakes, or serve it on your baked potato.

In a metal bowl, whisk all ingredients until combined. Place in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Whisk and place in the freezer again for another 5 minutes. Repeat the wisking and freezing until the oil has become thick and emulsified like butter. Store in the refrigerator. Use instead of dairy butter in baking, or as a spread on bread and crackers.
