BUBBLEGUM ICE CREAM

Ingredients

• 2 cups red dragon fruit frozen
• 1 cup Bananas frozen
• 1/2 cup oranges juice, freshly squeezed or store bought
• 2 tablespoons Honey or sweetener of choice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1-2 drops food grade essential oil orange flavor

The combination of banana with orange makes this icecream taste similar to candy or bubblegum. Adding the powerful color of purple dragonfruit will bring another dimension to the experience.

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to use a tamper to push all the ingredients towards the blade while blending. Serve immediately. 

A LITTLE TIP 

If you can not find fresh dragon fruit in your grocery store, look in the frozen food section.
