NACHO DIP

Ingredients

• 2 cups cashews soaked 1 hour and drained
• 1 cup Water
• 1 red Bell peppers
• 2 teaspoons Paprika Powder
• 3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast flakes
• 1 tablespoon Lemon/Lime juice
• 2 teaspoons miso
• 1 teaspoon pink salt

serves: 8 as an appetizer

CHEDDAR DIP

Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with assorted veggies or corn chips.
