Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is one of the few foods that carries all the amino acids, and it is full of the vitamin B complex. It is the earth’s microcosm, sunlight condensed into golden dust. Each grain holds the imprint of thousands of flowers. The taste is floral and earthy, sweet with a faint bitterness. Per 100 g it offers about 24 g of complete protein, a deep B-vitamin profile, and meaningful iron, vitamin C, and fiber. A usual serving is 1 to 2 teaspoons.
