BBQ SAUCE
1 clove garlic, finely grated
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tamari
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
pinch cayenne pepper
salt & pepper
slice the tofu thin. Fry in oil until it has color. Mix all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce and coat the tofu slices with sauce. Fry again on low heat until sticky.
